What to Expect
Have you ever wondered what it took to build a Viking longship? How they were able to sail from Scandinavia across oceans and up rivers to as far east as Romania, and as far west as North America? Come learn all of this from Boatwright Paul Pedersen; member of the Northwest Viking Alliance, NW Shieldwall, and founder of Sea Wolf Voyages.
Learn the difference in their types, their history, and what local Viking-age groups, boat builders, and other craftsmen are doing to shape the future of these terrifyingly beautiful and versatile ships.
Our full kitchen and bar will be open during the class for food and drink purchase. This event is welcome to all ages.
No refunds. Transfers allowed to future classes.
