Rest and recharge your mind and body during this meditation and sound bath session facilitated by Tai Mattox. Participants will be guided through breathing and visualization exercises, followed by a sound bath using singing bowls. This is an experience designed to support a settled body and nervous system.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a yoga mat. Children must participate with an adult, no drop offs. There will be an opportunity to lie down during class, or participants can remain seated. Sessions are offered select Sunday mornings, May through July. Pre-registration encouraged; drop-ins still welcome.

Join Atlee of Treasure Movement in a fun exploration of yoga. Classes are geared toward those who want to explore their yoga practice and build on strength and mobility. Atlee’s teaching is designed to give you the tools and foundation to dig deeper into the mind and body’s potential. We will explore basic foundational poses each week, and focus on tuning and connecting with the breath. Movements will open up those difficult, hard-to-reach muscles that may limit flexibility, all while focusing on the breath and building peace from within.
