Body Speaks: The Empowered Feminine Retreat

March 1st, 2025 at the Sanctuary in Seattle, WA.

The Sanctuary is a private home so please be mindful when parking and attending the event, the event will be emailed to you once you have paid for your ticket.

10-4pm.

An incredible day facilitated by Daizy, an intuitive healer, reiki practitioner, and yoga teacher. She has been doing intuitive healing work for 8 years and facilitating circles and community work for the last 4 years. She joyfully welcomes you to this retreat to find healing in community, by being heard and listened to deeply.

9:30-9:55am: Arrival

10am: Community Circle. Meditation. Discussion of the day’s topic, Body Speaks and a deeper dive into the Mother wound and how that shows up in our lives.

12 pm: Lunch. Please bring a lunch or dish if you would like to share, labeled with ingredients for those with food allergies and restrictions. There will be snacks and small bites provided by the Host.

1 pm: Transformative Breathwork, followed by gentle yoga led by Daizy. She has been a yoga and pranayama teacher for 15 years and will provide modifications for all body types and abilities.

2-4 pm: Closing Gathering. We gather together to discuss and process a bit more in depth about what has been coming up for us as we traverse the intuitive landscape. Daizy will discuss the gift of Divine Feminine Intuition, how we as women and men have access to it and how we can learn to navigate it better as humans. We are all intuitive beings but for many reasons, including beliefs, patterns and conditioning we have shut that great gift off inside of us. Let us all come together to greater welcome these gifts back in.

Please being a journal, pen, blanket, pillow, snacks and lunch, and yoga mat to prepare yourself for the day.
