More so than most cities, Seattle has shaped itself to suit its needs. Seattle has removed hills, filled tide flats, and created a completely new downtown shoreline. Join geologist and writer David Williams on a 1.5 mile walking tour to explore the last vestiges of the former downtown bluffs, trace the island where Seattle was founded, and examine how the subterranean fill still affects the modern landscape. This walking tour starts at the intersection of Alaskan Way and Lenora Street along the waterfront and ends at Occidental Park.
Friends of Waterfront SeattleFriends of Waterfront Seattle (“Friends”) is the nonprofit partner to the City of Seattle responsible for helping to fund, build, steward, and program Waterfront Park — today and into the future. The first piece of the park — Pier 62 — is now open.

Covid has ruined the travel plans of so many people. Maybe you are one of them. Family trips, honeymoons, first time overseas trips postponed and cancelled. Please explore this directory to create your own Round-the-World experience without traveling far from Seattle.
Believe it or not, in 2022, New York City passed a law granting non-US citizens the right to vote in certain local and municipal elections. Will Seattle follow NYC? Time will tell. If that comes to be, then this directory should be indispensable. Let us know what you think.
Is Seattle missing a comprehensive directory for a cause or community that your business cares about? We know a thing or two about directories. Let’s talk! Contact us below.
