What to Expect

Come unwind at Pier 62 and soak up some local artists’ talent, Fridays 4pm-6pm. This series runs March 18 through May 27. See the event page for more upcoming performances.

Spotlight on the Waterfront engages audiences of all ages to experience Seattle’s music and visual performances along the new waterfront. Set on one of the city’s most scenic locations, this series provides audiences a chance to discover the region’s arts and culture.

The Spotlight series kicks off with Peter Ali, who plays the Native American style flute. He performs and teaches flute playing and flute making through various Native American tribal programs, schools, public libraries, and other venues. He was a featured performer for the Dalai Lama during the Seeds of Compassion Seattle event.

Why does Seattle need this directory?

1

Covid has ruined the travel plans of so many people.  Maybe you are one of them.  Family trips, honeymoons, first time overseas trips postponed and cancelled.  Please explore this directory to create your own Round-the-World experience without traveling far from Seattle.

2

Believe it or not, in 2022, New York City passed a law granting non-US citizens the right to vote in certain local and municipal elections.  Will Seattle follow NYC?  Time will tell.  If that comes to be, then this directory should be indispensable.  Let us know what you think.
