The City of Pacific’s new food truck pilot program will launch with a special event aimed at bringing the community together and is called Tacos, Burgers and Badges. This event will include local police, the Valley Regional Fire crew and truck, and the Safety Town youth education trailer. The first of Food Truck Fridays begins on May 8th and will feature the popular Dick’s Drive-In food truck, well known across the region for its classic burgers. Friday lunch service will run weekly at the Clint Steiger Memorial Park next to City Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering residents, workers, and visitors a convenient and familiar dining option while activating community spaces.
